Nick Moceri has been handling and successfully resolving personal injury and wrongful death claims for over 25 years, all but three of those years in Arizona. Nick also is admitted to practice in Illinois and Missouri. Nick is a currently on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and a past president of his local Bar Association. Nick has appeared in courts at all levels including a successful argument to the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, in San Francisco, in which he persuaded the Court to make new law which won his client's case.

Nick believes that clients should know the people working on their cases. Therefore, he emphasizes contact between clients and the legal staff. He is a lawyer you can talk to. Nick is personally involved in every case he accepts. That is why he limits his practice to serious, legitimate injury and wrongful death claims.
